FAQ

The practical details before a project starts.

Straight answers to the things clients usually want to know before work starts. No package language and no fine-print answers.

01

How much does a website cost?

A simple landing or small website starts from PLN 4,900 net, a company website from PLN 7,900 net and a larger site or store from PLN 11,900 net. Once we know the project, we provide a concrete quote.

02

How long does a project take?

There is no useful one-size-fits-all timeline. The number of views, content readiness, integrations and decision speed all matter, so we set the schedule after reviewing the project.

03

Do you design websites in Figma?

Yes. Figma is where we work out the visual direction, key views, mobile and components. The design is prepared so it can actually be implemented.

04

Can I order design without development?

Yes. We can prepare the Figma file for your in-house team or another developer. We still design it with real implementation in mind, not just as a polished mockup.

05

Can I provide my own Figma?

Yes. If Figma is approved, we can start with development and skip the earlier stages unless there is a real reason to revisit them.

06

WordPress or Astro?

If content will be edited often and a good admin panel matters, WordPress makes sense. If the site changes rarely, a lighter static setup may simply be easier to maintain.

07

Do you develop existing websites?

Yes. We can take over redesign, new sections, WordPress, WooCommerce, performance or specific technical fixes without rebuilding everything by default.

08

Who prepares the copy?

We help shape existing content around the page structure and point out what is missing. Full copywriting or content strategy is a separate piece of work when needed.

09

Do you provide SEO?

As part of implementation we take care of technical basics such as semantic HTML, performance, metadata, indexability and correct implementation. We do not run full SEO or content-SEO campaigns.

10

What if the scope changes?

We first confirm whether the change fits the agreed scope. Additional work is estimated before it starts rather than being silently added to the project.

11

How does payment work?

Payment terms are written into the proposal before work starts, so you know the price, what it covers and when each payment is due.

12

Do you work white-label?

Yes. Agencies and software houses have a dedicated cooperation model where we can work without FunctionalCode branding and inside the partner workflow.
