Each stage should leave something concrete behind: a decision, an approved design or a working version. That makes it clear what is finished and what still needs attention.
We start with the business and the reason the website exists. A site built for inquiries needs different priorities than an online store or a company website that mainly needs to explain the offer better.
Output: a clear website goal and project scope.We decide which pages are needed, what should be visible first and how visitors should reach the important information.
Output: site map and content hierarchy.We design the key views and components, and check mobile and implementation details while the design is still easy to change.
Output: approved desktop/mobile views.We build the site with real content rather than an ideal mockup. CMS or e-commerce is integrated here when the project actually needs it.
Output: a working staging version.Before launch we check different screen sizes, keyboard use, forms, performance and the technical details that are easy to miss during development.
Output: a release-ready website.The project does not have to stop at launch. If new needs appear, we can keep developing the site instead of treating every change as a new project.
